All prices are for one person. Each room comes with one double bed and can host up to two people. We charge € 10.00 per night for an extra person.

Minimum stay in October and November: 3 nights. Over New Year: 4 nights. Over Carneval: 3 nights.

A Quick Note on Payment

All prices are shown in Euros, but no worries – you can also pay in Brazilian Real.
Payment is due at the time of booking and can be made via PayPal or local bank transfer in Brazil.

Cancellation Policy

Plans can change – we get it!
To receive a full refund, you must cancel within 7 days after booking or at least 28 days before check-in.

If you cancel between 28 and 14 days before check-in, you’ll also receive a 50% refund.

Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy for Long Stays (28+ Nights)

Staying a while? Awesome!
For a full refund, long-term bookings must be canceled within 7 days after booking or at least 28 days before check-in.

If you cancel after that, we’ll charge the full amount for the first 30 nights of your stay.

Shortening your stay while you are already here?

Let us know at least 14 days before your new check-out date for a 50% refund of the remaining nights.

We also offer date or name changes free of charge.
